Join us to celebrate Art After Dark: Vintage Paris on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at the Ruth and Raymond G. Perelman Building. Details and ticket information coming soon!
Art After Dark brings a new generation of art lovers together with some of the world's greatest masterpieces, all in the breathtakingly beautiful and internationally acclaimed galleries of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Proceeds benefit the Museum's educational programs, which serve individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities from throughout the region, across the country, and around the globe. Educational programming at the Museum includes wonderful early-childhood initiatives, a teen docent program, high school sketch clubs, art history lectures for adults, concerts, and studio art classes. Funds raised help to ensure access to the collection for people with a broad range of disabilities. Detailed audio descriptions for the visually impaired, sign language interpretation, and outreach programs to nursing homes and assisted living facilities are just some of the many programs offered. We hope you will join us to celebrate the fifth year of Art After Dark in Spring 2009. Your participation helps to maintain and expand opportunities for lifelong learning with the Museum. For more information, please contact Development by phone at (215) 684-7750, by fax at (215) 236-0796, or by e-mail at .
